Ramadan is an essential and very important month for all Muslims. It is considered a gift from Allah (S.W.T) to all Muslims. This month is intended to teach Muslims patience, tolerance and modesty. Ramadan is a month for spiritual education, in which all Muslims fast and pray to God. The importance of Ramadan for Muslims is great because during this month Muslims pray for the guidance to stay on track, to abstain from sins, temptations, demons, evil thoughts or actions, and purify themselves through prayer, doing good deeds and restraining yourself from any bad thoughts or actions.

Ramadan has great significance in Muslim life. It is during this month that the holy Quran was revealed to Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). During this month, Muslims pray, fast and abstain from evil deeds and thoughts are rewarded 70 times more than the standard prayers.

This Ramadan Month brings all Muslims together. People gather to pray, fast and fantastic break the fast together, regardless of their culture. All worldly wise are set aside and Muslims do a lot of charity during Ramadan. It is also during Ramadan Muslims give charity in the form of zakat to the needy.

Fasting is the most essential part of Ramadan. Muslims around the world get up before dawn to Sehri, a meal that signifies the beginning of his fast. After Sehri, Muslims begin fasting, prayer Fajr, the first sentence of the day. Continue to refrain from eating and drinking until nightfall, when performing the prayer before the date, maghrib. In Ramadan, Muslims break their fast by eating dates and drinking water with a meal called iftar.
The purpose of Ramadan is to keep Muslims from worldly thoughts and activities and direct them to worship, learn the difference between good and evil and learn tolerance to stay away from bad thoughts and actions to develop patience. It helps to have self-discipline control, and self sacrifice and empathy for those less fortunate through charity as zakat and generosity show.

All Muslims who are healthy and have no disease and disability are required to fast during Ramadan. Elderly, people with serious illnesses or disabilities are exempt from fasting, although they are necessary to feed the poor instead of wasting the fast. Pregnant women, breastfeeding women, people who travel a lot and are also exempt because the same condition as feeding the poor or compensate their fasts after the month of Ramadan also ended. Children are not obliged to fast. People are forced to fast once Islamists adults.

According to a famous hadith, “People who observe Ramadan properly have their sins forgiven. The gates of hell are closed during the holy month of Ramadan and satan is locked up”. Reciting the Quran is also an important part of Ramadan with prayer and fasting.

The end of Ramadan is marked by the celebration of Eid in form, after the new moon was sighted. There is a special celebration of Eid ul Fitr, which marks the end of Ramadan and is also known as the festival of breaking the fast. People get new clothes and special Eid prayers in the morning to mark the end of the holy month of Ramadan, As part of the celebration of people exchange gifts with friends and family.

  1. She liked to imagine that when she passed, the world looked after her, but she also knew how anonymous she was. Except when she was at work, no one knew where she was at any time of day and no one waited for her. It was immaculate anonymity. Eid Gifts to Pakistan | Send Gifts to Pakistan
